Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@ifizio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers returning any items have to bear the cost of postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please note that  Customers returning any items have to bear the cost of postage ( domestic and international postage). The cost of postage will be £14.00, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The customer wishing to return the product through their own means of postage/courier company is more than welcome to do so however, £9.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount as a part of the admin fee and the cost of postage which was used previously to send the item/order to the customer.

Customers returning the product for a refund and using their own means of postage/courier will be responsible for any damages to the product or missing packages/parcels. This in turn will affect the refund amount, and in case iFIZIO doesn't receive the returned item, no refund will be processed.

The product you want to return must be in a re-saleable condition. If the product and original packaging box you are returning are damaged or any parts or accessories are missing, we will deduct the right amount ( up to 50% maximum) from the total refund amount.
