What is the Standard Delivery Time?

At ifizio our goal is to offer you the best and FREE Shipping, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Our time frame is 5 to 10 working days with Free Tracked Shipping, however, most of our product gets delivered within 3 working days. Some of our product especially the Advanced 4d Foot Massager is large  and slightly heavier than other product hence it can take up to 15 working days for the product to be delivered free of charge. product ordered during bank holidays can be further delayed.

Where do you deliver to?

We are based in United Kingdom and have partners all across the globe. This allows us to offer FREE Worldwide shipping. 

I have used the product and don't like it, can I get my money back?

Yes! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information please visit our 'Refund Policy' page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, MasterCard. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

I think my product is faulty, what is your policy?

We strive to provide our customers with excellent quality products, therefore if you recognise what you believe is a faulty product, please get in touch with us at customercare@ifizio.com. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist you with the issue.

How often should I use it?

You can use our massagers as many times as you want within 24 hours, however, we strongly recommend customers to go through and carefully read user manual before starting to use the massagers.

How long does it take to charge?

Do you offer a warranty?

What are the Terms and Conditions for Free Gift?

Please read carefully our free gift related T&C's in section 21 of the Company's Terms of services. Following are the highlights from free gift T&C'S. 

  • Any free gift associated with the purchase will be sent after 30 days of the product purchase date, given the fact that no refund or return has been applied to the actual purchase.
  • The free gift is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other products or for any monetary value. In case of free gift being defective, ifizio will exchange the gift like to like just once.
  • Customers returning any free gift for exchange needs to adhere to our refund and exchange policy and customers will have to pay for any postal charge for the product return.
  • Minimum spending is £250.00 for customer to be eligible for Free Ifizio Smartwatch (or any other Free Gift)
  • One Smartwatch (or any other free gift) per transaction will be given as a free gift.
  • Proof of purchase is required in order to claim the free gift.
  • Ifizio will automatically e-mail customers for their free gift eligibility when a purchase is made through our website
  • Ifizio holds the right to cancel and withdraw any free gift related offer at anytime without any notifications.
